Membership in the Raborn Inn requires a commitment of time and enthusiasm. Upon acceptance, members of the Raborn Inn are assigned to one of several teams charged with creating programs relating to ethics, civility, and professionalism in the practice of Family Law. Team members meet each month to develop their programs, which are subsequently presented to the entire Raborn Inn membership following a dinner on the third Thursday of the month. Each team is assigned a particular month for its program. Members are expected to attend all team and dinner/program meetings.
